All pieces are carefully handmade to order so they may take a little longer to ship out than you were expecting. Lost or Missing Parcels

Vilena Silks will not take responsibility for missing parcels and will not replace anything that goes missing in the post. This is the responsibility of the postal service.
 

If you provide an incorrect delivery address at the checkout Vilena Silks is not responsible for locating the parcel and will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.
 

Vilena Silks will not offer refunds or cancel orders for change of mind. All sales are final
